Tickets drop 1-3 months before the event, at 12pm GMT. Register your interest and you’ll get 24 hours notice

I didn’t get tickets on the release day!
Keep trying! Tickets often get freed up if people forget them in their baskets. Once an event is entirely sold out, a waiting list will become available.
I missed out on tickets for my fave film. Will you do it again?
We’re all about giving the people what they want. We’ll definitely bring back the crowd-pleasers for another round of cinematic and culinary magic. So stay tuned!

No need to worry, the tickets go under the name of the person who books the tickets.
I booked tickets separately, please can you group us together.
We will automatically group your booking if you booked the tickets under the same name, if you didn’t we will need to change the bookings to the same name, please contact info@tastefilm.co.uk with your ticket ID.

Can I bring a child?
Our policy for those under 18:
- No children aged under 5 years are permitted to attend Taste Film
- Children aged 5+ must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Anyone under 18 can only attend a film as per the appropriate age guidance of the film (our website mentions the classification of all films such as ‘U’, PG’ ’12A’ etc for info)
- Anyone under 18 cannot drink alcohol – those purchasing the ticket must select ‘No alcohol’ at time of purchase in this case
- Anyone aged over 16 (and under 18) do not need to be accompanied by an adult to the event but those purchasing the ticket must select ‘No alcohol’ at time of purchase in this case

The address for Taste Film on Google Maps is NOT the location for our events. Please check the postcode on your ticket and on the event page to ensure you come to the correct address.

Timings can vary depending on venue. Please check your tickets via Fever. Doors open 30 minutes before the film starts

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Our menu options are Classic or Vegan (and vegetarian where available). This can vary depending on the venue so check the menu!
Our menus are set and we cannot swap courses between the different menus but we can cater for gluten and nut allergies. Please note that whilst the venue takes precautions, we can’t guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
Can you accommodate Halal or Kosher?
Whilst we don’t offer a specific halal or kosher menu, we do offer a vegan / vegetarian menu that is suitable for those following a specific diet.
Our alternative menu is just as delicious, so we definitely take a look as it should hit the spot. We also offer non-alcoholic options of our drinks.
Do you do alcohol-free drinks?
You bet, we’ve got alcohol-free versions of all our cocktails and drinks. We can even do alcohol-free versions of dishes if they include alcohol. We’re thoughtful like that.
Can we swap an item from one menu to another?

I have an allergen that isn’t nuts or gluten. Can you accommodate that?
We are happy to accommodate nut and gluten allergies—just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to ensure a safe and delicious experience for you!
Please note, whilst the venue takes precautions, cross-contamination may occur. You must inform us at the earliest possible opportunity of your allergen so we can best accomodate.
I don’t like the food on the menu but love the film. Can I get something else?
As this is a set menu, we recommend checking out all our other experiences where our menu might suit your taste more.
How do I make changes to my ticket?

Do you offer refunds?
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Within the Fever app, you have the ability to transfer your ticket to someone else, if you wish.
