When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets drop 3-4 weeks before the event, every Thursday at 12pm GMT. Want to sneak in early? Priority access lets you snag them a day before everyone else.
When are menus for Taste Film experiences published?
Menus go live at least 2 days before the general release. Get ready to feel hungry.
I didn’t get tickets on the general release day!
Tough luck mate. We get it, it’s a bloodbath. But don’t give up—join the waiting lists and keep your eyes peeled. Tickets sometimes get freed up if people forget them in their baskets.
Is there a waiting list?
Hell yeah. Sign up and we’ll give you a shout if extra tickets pop up.
I missed out on tickets for my fave film. Will you do it again?
We’re all about giving the people what they want. We’ll definitely bring back the crowd-pleasers for another round of cinematic and culinary magic. So stay tuned!

No need to worry, the tickets go under the name of the person who books the tickets.
I booked tickets separately, please can you group us together.
We will automatically group your booking if you booked the tickets under the same name, if you didn’t we will need to change the bookings to the same name, please contact info@tastefilm.co.uk

We’re rocking London, mostly at Parlour in Kensal Green and The Refinery at Citypoint. Always on the lookout for cool new spots. Got your venue in mind? Hit us up!

Manchester baby! You can experience Taste Film at The Anthologist St Peters Square.
What time should I arrive for my screening?
Doors open at 1:45/2:00 pm for afternoon showings and 6:45/7:00 pm for evenings. Film starts half an hour later. Get there early, grab a seat, and soak it all in.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
We’ve got Standard and Vegan options. Standard’s got meat, fish, and dairy; Vegan’s got none of that. No menu swaps allowed, but we can do gluten-free and nut-free versions if needed. Just a heads-up: even after extra precaution, cross-contamination may happen.
Can you accommodate Halal or Kosher?
Not currently, sorry. Our venues don’t offer Halal or Kosher. But our Vegetarian and/or Vegan menu is top-notch so we urge you to take a look as it should hit the spot. We also have non-alcoholic options!
Do you do alcohol-free drinks?
You bet, we’ve got alcohol-free versions of all our cocktails and drinks. We can even do alcohol-free versions of dishes if they include booze. We’re thoughtful like that.
Can we swap an item from one menu to another?
Nope, swapping between menus isn’t on the table, but trust us, we got you.
We don’t like a particular course. Can we swap it out?
Sorry, no swapsies. What you see is what you get.
I have an allergen that isn’t nuts or gluten. Can you accommodate that?
We’ll do our best to leave out side dishes or garnishes with your allergen. But if it’s a big part of the course, we can’t whip up an alternative.
I don’t like the food on the menu but love the film. Can I get something else?
The food’s a big deal in our Taste Film experience. If it’s not to your taste, we’re sure you’ll find another upcoming menu/film that hits the spot!
Do you offer refunds?
Nope, no refunds. Once you’re in, you’re in.
I need to cancel my ticket.
We don’t do refunds, but if you cancel, we’ll try to sell your spot to the waiting list. If it sells, we’ll sort out a refund for you.
My train is cancelled/Stuck in traffic/I cant attend for some reason and the event is today.
We’ve been there but unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund you.
We can’t attend the event. Can we switch to another date?
Maybe. If there’s availability and you’re not cancelling last minute, we’ll try to move your tickets.
Can we transfer to a different Taste Film experience?
No can do. Transfers are only within the same event.

Do you play films with Closed Captions?
Not just yet. We’re figuring out how to get captions sorted. If you’re keen, let us know, and we’ll keep you in the loop as we get this up and running.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer carer tickets.

Accessibility varies by venue. If you’re in a wheelchair or need specific mobility support, drop us a line before booking so we can make sure everything’s set for you.
